Result 13 - Collaboration among TRCFO, local communities and other institution to be strengthened.

13.1	Relationship and communication improved.
13.1.1	The project will establish and strengthen partnerships with villagers, Meteorology and Hydrology Departments, Frontier Tanzania group, SNV and related NGO's through MoUs, discussions, Workshops and visits.
13.2	Implementation plans jointly developed
13.2.1	Identified partners will be involved in preparing and implementation of plans related to conservation activities e.g. joint forest management plans for forest reserves and management plans for village forest reserves
