Result 8 - Monitoring systems related to conservation activities improved.

8.1 Monitoring system in place
8.1.1 A monitoring plan will be commissioned to a consultant in order to develop an improved system. This will be done before Dec. 1999. The developed system is expected to comply with GoT and GoF reporting systems. The consultant will therefore study both systems and thus come up with a single plan. Staff will participate as part of on-the-job training.
8.1.2 The project's monitoring system will be developed by January 2000.
